Ugly download
Had been member since 2005. Good that come with mobile app. However the page not able to refresh properly to book room.

cannot open! even re-install. always say cache and after clean it, still cannot open. improve your APP, please!
It's not working except allowing you to show your membership card. Very disappointing!

It crashes even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it. ホームからオープンしないで, 結局アドレス入力せねばなりませんでした。
Direct error when log in and exit without log out. Have to clear cached files and log in again.
